Starving yourself?

If you are a girl who is going through anorexia or you are not happy with your physical appearance, then please do read this because I hope this will help you. First of all, not eating doesn’t help at all. I am a person who thinks I am fat. My friends say I am not, but I really do think I am and plus, the doctor told i am a few kgs overweight. Anyways, I asked my health teacher to explain to me how do I reduce SOME weight so I don’t look older than my age. If you follow this steps, this will help you not going into eating disorders. 

Step one: Exercise! Exercise for at least 30 minutes for two weeks. You can run, jog, sit ups, push ups (knee push ups for girls, but if you can’t do it then leave it. I can’t do a push up either), if you can do planking for at least a minute or two. I know these things are really hard, that is why I do jump ropes. Jumping rope is a very good exercise to loose some weight quickly and easily. So this would be a good option.

Step two: Eat small amount of food in short period of time. DO NOT starve for a really long time and then eat a lot food, because that makes you more fat. If you eat small amount of food, lets say every two hour you can maintain your metabolism, you can make your metabolism faster which will help you remain in the body shape you are in right now.

Step three: DRINK LOADS OF WATER. I researched and found out that cold water helps while dieting. 

Step four: While eating, avoid junk food most of the time. Eat healthier food, such as fruit salads.
